Core Studios

Core Studios is a fully equipt recording and rehearsal facility offering the latest equipment and services for complete audio production. Since 2003, CORE, with producer Nik Carpenter, has produced and provided countless bands with professional products to compete on an international level.

Over the last 8 years Core Studios, has been one of the busiest recording studios on the gold coast. With an ongoing plan of providing bands with a comfortable and professional yet affordable environment, core continues to stay fresh and busy by keeping the studio up to date with equipment and by working with bands and artists from pop, rock, blues and hip hop to the heavier side of hardcore and metal genres. CORE continues to grow and has expanded its services to include:

  • Studios - Core is now one of the biggest and most highly regarded recording studios on the gold coast and has produced and provided countless bands with professional products to compete on an international level. 
  • Records - Calling on his countless years of recording and touring experience, Carpenter has introduced Core Records, offering both Label representation and Event Management and Promotion.
  • Rehearsals - Core has one of the best band rehearsal and jam rooms on the Gold Coast.

  • Compressors, EQs and Mic Pre’s by Avalon, Focusrite, Joe meek and Pre Sonus.
  • Digidesign fully automated digital console with the latest Pro Tools. 
  • SSL, focusrite, waves (and a lot more) signal processers.
  • A selection of Rode, Senheiser, AKG, EV, CAD, Audio technical and shure microphones to cover every spectrum.
  • Lenahan ML1's and AKG K701's to hear the brilliance!
